a. All rented items must be returned to our shop during the agreed-upon rental period and within our designated opening times.
b. It is the responsibility of the renter to ensure the rented items are returned in the same condition as when they were rented.

2. Refunds:
a. Refunds will not be issued for the rental fees once the rental period has commenced.
b. In the event of early return, no refund will be provided for the unused portion of the rental period.

3. Damaged or Defective Items:
a. The renter is responsible for any damages or excessive wear and tear to the rented items during the rental period.
b. If any rented items are found to be damaged or defective upon rental pickup, please notify our staff immediately.
c. We may offer a replacement item if available, or a refund or credit for the damaged or defective item at our discretion.

4. Cancellations:
a. Cancellation requests must be made within a reasonable time frame prior to the scheduled rental period.
b. Refunds for cancellations will be provided according to the following guidelines:
- Full refund: Cancellation made 7 days prior to the scheduled rental period.
- Partial refund: Cancellation made 1 day prior to the scheduled rental period (subject to a cancellation fee).

5. Refund Process:
a. All refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original rental transaction.
b. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process and reflect in your account.
