2. Opening Times:
a. It is the responsibility of the renter to return the rented items during our designated opening times.
b. Opening times will be clearly communicated to the renter upon rental confirmation.
3. Late Returns:
a. Late returns may result in additional charges, unless prior arrangements have been made and confirmed by our staff.
b. Any extension of the rental period must be requested in advance and is subject to availability.
4. Condition of Items:
a. The renter is responsible for returning the items in the same condition as when they were rented.
b. Any damages or excessive wear and tear may result in additional charges.
c. The renter should notify our staff immediately if any damages or issues are discovered upon receiving the items.
5. Rental Responsibility:
a. The renter is responsible for the rented items during the entire rental period.
b. Lost or stolen items will incur replacement charges at their current market value.
6. Cancellations and Refunds:
a. Cancellation requests must be made within a reasonable time frame prior to the scheduled rental period.
b. Refunds will be provided according to our refund policy, which will be communicated during the rental process.
